Can we all just take a few minutes to talk about Prairie Meadows Events and the absolute above and beyond service that this venue provided us.

You guys I cannot honestly put into words just how amazing this place was, not with just the beauty of its location ( because that in itself is breathtaking) but about the integrity and complete dedication that Jeff and Sarah had in making sure that our event was nothing short of perfect.

From all text messages Hallie Kaseman would send with questions and his quick response to him letting us drop by at the drop of a hat just to let us look.

You could just feel that these people truly cared and wanted nothing but hallies dream wedding to become her reality. We got so much guidance from them, from placement of the bar, to placement of the tent to ensure perfect lighting at the exact moments we would be in that area, to placement of something as simple as a napkin. They were there every step of the way with Hallie and Alex

From contacting vendors ( which lets be real does not fall on a venue to do list) but they did. You  don’t find this “ go out of your way service” anymore. But we found it right here in our back yard of Dawson North Dakota.

It was a kindness you could just see came from their heart, it was so refreshing.

In this fast paced world of rush rush rush Jeff and Sarah completely calmed our every nerve. I mean really when does a venue text you the weather report for the week of your event and tell You how nice out it’s going to be ( to include the wind speed) this venue does!!!! Because they care!

Now let’s discuss the awesomeness of the bridal sweet  and groomsmen room.  Stunning, peaceful, tranquil, large, and nice and cool for a summer wedding. Every decor piece in there was so aesthetically pleasing from the colors to the textures, to the small touch’s of blankets everything was perfect. I always say that God always seems to put the right ppl where we need them and I am so thankful that he led Alex Kaseman and Hallie to Dawson North Dakota.

Thank you Prairie Meadow Events for helping our daughter achieve her dream wedding!!!!!  Without this location and these people it would not have been possible.

We got married at prairie meadows and have nothing but great things to say! From the bridal suite, to the outdoor photo ops, to the venue itself… it is all stunning! We have been told by many of our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Such a fun and laid back atmosphere and that is all due to the amazing venue owners! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Highly recommend!! 

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the very beginning, they were so helpful whether it was hotel block hiccups or just answering all of our questions. They made sure our day was absolutely perfect and went smooth! I can’t recommend them enough. Not to mention the venue is absolutely beautiful.

We have a hard time putting all of our gratitude into one review! Jeff & Sarah at prairie meadows truly made our wedding dreams come true. For starters venue was breath taking. We toured the venue prior to the bridal suite work & trusted the vision. They worked so hard to ensure it was perfect & blew it out of the water!! They even went as far as asking what we thought for inspiration for the suite, it was all so incredible to be apart of. We had a tented reception and outdoor ceremony which entails tons of little pieces. At first this was overwhelming but Jeff & Sarah stepped in and helped us through the whole process!! We felt like they became more than just “the people who own the venue” but rather our friends. They truly wanted the best for our day.. helping with set up & tear down, helping us with the tent layout, calling all of our vendors and ensuring things were ready to go, and even helping coordinate the day of.  Our day was more than we dreamed of and we owe A-LOT of our thanks to this venue & Jeff and Sarah. You will not find a venue better, i can assure you that!!
